We believe strong fundamentals create exceptional athletes. That's why our progressive tumbling program is carefully structured to build each skill step by step, providing the confidence, technique, and foundation needed for safe progression to elite-level tumbling.While tumbling is undeniably physical, we understand that success begins with the mind. In addition to developing proper technique and physical ability, we intentionally help athletes build mental toughness, confidence, focus, and resilience by incorporating principles from sports psychology into our coaching.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BASIC TUMBLING
Athletes begin by developing the essential fundamentals that serve as the foundation for all future tumbling. EXAMPLE SKILLS:
Handstand, Cartwheel, Round-off, Back walkover, Front walkover and other introductory skills
Mastering these basics ensures athletes develop proper body control, mechanics, and confidence before progressing to more advanced skills.INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING
Once athletes have demonstrated proficiency in foundational skills, they advance to the intermediate class. This level focuses on developing strength, power, and proper technique for more advanced individual skills.EXAMPLE SKILLS:
Back handspring, Front handspring, Punch front, Aerial and other intermediate tumbling skillsEmphasis is placed on correct body positions and consistency before progressing to advanced-level skill connections.ADVANCED TUMBLING
After mastering the back handspring and other intermediate skills, athletes progress to the advanced class, where they learn to combine individual skills into high-level tumbling passes.EXAMPLE SKILLS:
Running tumbling, Back handspring series, Back tucks, Layouts, Twisting passes, and other advanced tumbling skills.
This class is designed to refine execution, increase difficulty, and prepare athletes for elite-level performance.CLASS SCHEDULE

TUITION & ENROLLMENT
Tuition
$30 per class
The length of each session is determined by the annual class calendar. Most sessions are 10 weeks, although some sessions are shortened to 8 weeks to accommodate holidays
Tuition is based on the number of classes in each session:
10-week session: $300
8-week session: $240
Payment plan options are available
Join Anytime
New athletes are welcome to enroll at any point during a session. Tuition is prorated based on the number of classes remaining, so there’s no need to wait for the next session
Annual Enrollment Fee
A $30 non-refundable annual enrollment fee is due upon enrollment and is charged once per year. This fee covers registration, insurance, administrative costs, and helps maintain a safe, high-quality training environment
Family Enrollment Benefit
When enrolling multiple athletes from the same family, the annual enrollment fee is required for the first athlete only. Enrollment fees for all additional siblings are waived
